ICPD Beyond 2014 Process Update   
March 21, 2012 – The Programme of Action from ICPD 1994 incorporated numerous inputs received from civil society and youth organizations who wanted to ensure it represented the voices and concerns of everyone. UNFPA is currently conducting a Global Review of the 1994 ICPD Programme of Action. The results of this review will help inform UNFPA of what has worked, continues to work, and where gaps still remain. This global review is a vital part of ICPD Beyond 2014, because it gives stakeholders a chance to ensure their voices are heard and their thoughts and ideas are included in the agenda for 2014. UNFPA needs your inputs! If you're involved with a civil society or youth organization, please complete the global survey. Moving forward, UNFPA will take results from the first survey and draft a second survey to be distributed in mid-April. A final version will be sent to member states in July. Surveys need to be completed by April 4, 2012! Help ensure that everyone is represented in 2014.
