Annual Leave: 15 days earned per annum; after three years of employment, accrual increases to 21 days per annum
Sick Leave: 12 days earned per annum
Holidays: 10 days per annum as recorded in Personnel Policies
Health Insurance: Choice of BlueCross/BlueShield HMO, Point of Service (POS), or Preferred Provider Organization (PPO). CEDPA pays full premium for employees under HMO and POS plans; subsidized premium for PPO. There is a subsidized premium for dependents if HMO, POS, or PPO is selected. Domestic Partner coverage is available.
Dental Insurance: Is provided through MetLife dental plan; CEDPA pays full premium for employees; subsidizes premium for dependents if selected.
Life Insurance: Premium paid by CEDPA; benefit up to maximum of $100,000.
AD&D: Premium paid by CEDPA; benefit up to maximum of $100,000.
Internationally-Based Employees: Health, Dental, Life, and AD&D covered through CIGNA International. Employees pay subsidized premium for Health and Dental.
Short-term Disability: Premium paid by CEDPA for employees. In case of disability, the STD pays up to 60% of salary until certified to return to work or long-term disability starts.
Long-term Disability: Premium paid by CEDPA for employees. In case of disability, the LTD pays up to 66 2/3% of salary until certified to return to work.
Salary Reduction Annuity: Pre-tax (salary reduction) plan available through Teachers Insurance Annuity Association College Retirement Equity Fund (TIAA-CREF). Employee is eligible on first day of employment.
Pension Plan: After one year of employment, CEDPA contributes an amount equal to 8% of employee's base pay into retirement annuity plan with (TIAA-CREF). Employee is 100% vested.
Savings Bond Plan: National Bond & Trust, Inc (NBT) offers an after-tax Series I, savings bond payroll deduction program. I Bonds are sold at face value and grow with inflation-protected earnings for up to 30 years.
