What CEDPA does:

For more than 36 years, CEDPA has been guided by the belief that “when women move forward, the world moves with them.” CEDPA has transformed communities around the world by awakening the leadership potential of women and enabling them to become forces for change and development in their countries. CEDPA’s programs increase educational opportunities for children, ensure access to lifesaving reproductive health and HIV/AIDS services, strengthen advocacy networks that enhance the political and economic participation of women and other marginalized groups, and strengthen women’s leadership skills. With a growing network of more than 5,400 alumni and partners, CEDPA connects with even the most remote communities, working with women and youth that others do not reach.
